Service Terms & Privacy

Compassionate care, clear terms, and your privacy matter to us. Please review our agreement below.

1. Ownership & Authority

  • You confirm that you are the legal owner or an authorized agent of the pet involved.
  • You have the right to make aftercare decisions for the pet.

2. Services Provided

  • You authorize Angel Paws USA to carry out the selected services: cremation, euthanasia, transport, necropsy, or burial.
  • We may engage licensed partners to help fulfill services.

3. Payments & Deposits

  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • The balance will be automatically charged after service. Failed payments may incur a $50 fee.
  • Failure to pay within 24 hours authorizes us to proceed with communal cremation; no ashes will be returned.

4. Additional Fees

  • Pets 79–150 lbs: +$79.99.
  • Same-day euthanasia: +$99.99.
  • Wrong address: +$19.99.
  • Calls between 9 PM – 5 AM: +$24.99.
  • Holiday service: +$99.99.

5. Turnaround & Storage

  • Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days.
  • Unclaimed packages: $50 storage fee after 15 days; discarded after 30.

6. Transport & Timing

  • Arrival is typically within 1–3 hours, depending on location and traffic.
  • We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate vehicle for removals.

7. Rabies Protocol

  • We cannot handle pets exposed to rabies within 10 days prior to passing. The head must be submitted for testing.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • We attempt informal resolution first.
  • If unresolved, all disputes will be settled under Florida law, in Miami-Dade County.

9. Privacy & Data Use

  • We collect your name, contact info, and pet info via Google Forms to fulfill services.
  • Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card data.
  • We do not sell or share your personal data. You can request correction or deletion of your data at any time.

10. Media & Stories

  • By submitting any photo, story, testimonial, or review, you grant us the right to use, modify, and display it for marketing purposes.
  • We will not include your name without permission.

11. Respect & Conduct

  • Disrespectful or abusive behavior toward our team may result in denied service.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to $50. You release Angel Paws USA from liability except in cases of gross negligence.

13. Agreement Summary

  • This policy is the full agreement between you and Angel Paws USA.
  • It is governed by Florida law.

15. Future Research Donations

  • In certain cases and where permitted by law, Angel Paws USA may partner with veterinary schools or research institutions to allow for the humane donation of deceased pets' remains for educational or scientific purposes.
  • This will never occur without your specific and informed written consent, and it only applies to communal cremation cases.
  • We reserve the right to offer or decline this option at our discretion.
