PTID Tracking & Chain-of-Custody Status

Transparency you can actually verify. PTID is our chain-of-custody system that confirms your pet's identity at every step, from intake to return.

PTID Status: ACTIVE

If you are arranging a pet cremation service in Miami or need pet cremation home pickup, our main cremation page explains pricing, pickup timing, and next steps before you return here to track status.

Status Tracking, Chain of Custody, and Ashes Returned Updates

PTID helps families follow each step of the cremation process, including intake, chain-of-custody updates, and final return coordination. For private cremation, PTID gives you a clear way to track your pet's status and understand when ashes are ready to be returned.

Uncompromised Security

How we guarantee identity integrity.

ID

Mandatory Pre-Cremation Scan

Before any process begins, a compulsory safety stop occurs. The system verifies the physical tag matches the cremation order. The chamber cannot be authorized until confirmation is complete.

QR

Digital Fingerprint (QR + Verification)

Your pet is assigned a permanent digital ID. Our workflow flags anomalies and prevents the process from moving forward if anything does not match.

1:1

One Pet, One Chamber

PTID enforces individual chamber assignment for private services and creates a precise audit trail linked to your order.

DB

Reliability by Google Firebase

Our system runs on Google's Firebase infrastructure for uptime and redundancy, so you can check status at any time.

The Chain of Custody

1. Intake & ID Generation
Upon intake, your pet is assigned a unique PTID. This is encoded into a scannable code used throughout the facility workflow.
2. Dual-Verify Scans
At checkpoints, the code is scanned and validated against your order details. If anything does not match, the workflow stops.
3. Reconciliation & Return
After service completion, a final confirmation updates the status to READY. Then we coordinate return or delivery with you.

Need help locating your PTID?

Your code is typically sent by email or text at intake. If you cannot find it, contact our care team and we will help immediately.
