1. Owner Certification: I affirm legal ownership or authorized responsibility for the pet, with rights to manage disposition.
2. Service Authorization: I authorize Angel Paws USA to perform cremation, burial, autopsy, or euthanasia as specified.
3. General Transport: I grant permission for Angel Paws USA to transport the pet as needed.
4. Partners Program: I authorize related cremation/removal tasks in connection with the Partner Program.
5. Rabies Declaration: I confirm the pet has not exposed others to rabies within the past 10 days. Otherwise, the case will be declined.
6. Euthanasia Acknowledgment: I understand the sedation, anesthesia, and euthanasia protocol.
7. Transportation Vehicle Policy: I agree to Angel Paws USA choosing appropriate transport vehicle types and grouping pets during transit when necessary.
8. Variable Response Time: While we strive for 1–3 hour pickup, delays may occur. Unreachable cases may be refunded.
9. Crematory Selection: Angel Paws USA reserves the right to choose a qualified crematory partner.
10. Payment Terms: All deposits are non-refundable. Full balances are charged automatically after services commence.
11. Package Contents: Packages are subject to substitutions and are usually ready in 7–10 business days.
12. Disputes: All unresolved issues go to mediation, then legal action in Miami-Dade County if necessary.
13. Intellectual Property: All content and branding are protected under copyright/trademark law.
14. User Contributions: Testimonials or photos submitted may be used in Angel Paws USA promotional materials.
15. Conduct: Respectful behavior is required during all interactions. Abuse may lead to termination of service.
16. Right to Refuse: Angel Paws USA reserves the right to terminate services for just cause.
17. Guarantees: We operate to high standards, but service guarantees are case-specific.
18. Communication Consent: Clients consent to receive service updates by email, text, or other electronic means.
19. Third-Party Referrals: We may refer clients to trusted partners. We are not liable for their services.
20. Refunds: All sales are final. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
21. Data Privacy: Personal data is securely stored, never sold, and used strictly for service facilitation.
22. Empathy & Care: All services are performed with the utmost respect and compassion.
23. Client Confidentiality: No data is shared without explicit consent or legal necessity.
24. Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by Florida law and applicable to Miami-Dade County jurisdiction.
