Do you offer in-home euthanasia?
Yes. We offer in-home euthanasia packages including the Platinum Package ($799.99) with communal cremation, and the Diamond Package ($999.99) with private cremation and keepsakes. Families can also read our in-home euthanasia page before booking.
What is the pet cremation turnaround time?
Most private and communal package return times are 5-7 business days. Our 24-hour cremation package is designed for families who need a faster return timeline Monday through Friday: pets picked up before noon are generally returned that evening, and pets picked up after 1 PM are generally returned the next business morning.
Are you a crematory?
We are not a crematory; we are a pet funeral service provider. We coordinate with trusted crematories and oversee the entire process, including tracking, to make sure your pet is handled with dignity. Where is your office located for pickup?
Our main office is in Miami Lakes, and Angel Paws USA has served families from the same location since opening in December 2021. Home and veterinary pickups are coordinated 24/7 after arrangements are confirmed.
What is the PTID?
The PTID is a unique, live PTID tracking service included at no extra cost. It uses a QR code system to track your pet at every stage for peace of mind and to help ensure you receive your own pet's ashes back.
How do I track my pet's status during cremation?

Do you offer same-day scheduling?

Can I be present to observe my pet's cremation?
Yes. We offer a package upgrade that allows you to be present for a witnessed private cremation. A private room is prepared for final goodbyes when available.
How can I be sure I'm getting my own pet's ashes back?
Our PTID tracking system with QR code scans at every handoff ensures the ashes you receive belong to your pet. Each pet is tagged, logged, and tracked from pickup to return, so you can track your pet's status with confidence.
Is pet pick-up included?
Yes. All cremation and in-home euthanasia packages include complimentary pet pick-up within our standard service areas. Home delivery of ashes is included in some packages and available as a $49.99 upgrade for others.
What fees can affect pet cremation pricing?
Current pet cremation pricing in Miami & Broward can change based on pet size, after-hours or holiday pickup, Homestead or South Palm Beach travel, incorrect service address, and sanitary handling if the pet is decomposed. Current added fees are $79.99 for 79-125 lbs, $225 for 126-199 lbs, $19.99 for 9 PM-6 AM pickup, $49.99 for holidays, $39.99 for Homestead or South Palm Beach, $9.99 for an incorrect service address, and $150-$450 for sanitary handling if decomposed. What are the additional fees for EUTHANASIA packages?
Possible additional fees apply to our in-home euthanasia packages:
- Pets over 79 lbs: $150
- Pets over 110 lbs: $250
- Emergency Service (7 PM - 7 AM): $800
- Holidays: $250
- Same Day Service: $150
- Weekends: $200
What are your service areas?
We serve pet cremation service areas in Miami & Broward including Miami, Miami Lakes, Hialeah, Doral, Pembroke Pines, Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, Davie, Weston, Plantation, and nearby communities. Some outlying pickups may carry an added travel fee, and we confirm that before booking.
What should I do if my pet dies at home?
If your pet passes away at home:
1. Move your pet to a cool, quiet room away from direct heat or sunlight.
2. Place a towel or blanket under them to protect surfaces and keep them dignified.
3. Take a moment with them if you need to.
4. Call Angel Paws USA and tell us you need pet body transportation service or after-hours pet cremation.
We will explain your options, arrange pickup, and guide you through choosing a cremation package. You don't have to figure anything out on your own.
What is the difference between private, individual, and communal cremation?
- Private cremation: Your pet is the only one in the chamber and the ashes returned are 100% your pet.
- Individual cremation: Pets are separated with physical barriers but cremated in shared equipment. Ashes are returned with high accuracy at a slightly lower cost.
- Communal cremation: Multiple pets are cremated together and ashes are not returned. This is the least expensive option and is chosen when families do not want ashes back.

Do you handle cats, dogs, reptiles, and larger pets?
