The Silver Package is $369.99. It includes 24/7 removal, private cremation, a certificate, 2 wood urn options (with initial laser-engraved), a necklace pendant urn, an ink paw print, and a 3D resin paw print.

What is in the 24 Hour Pet Cremation Package?
The 24-Hour Package is $749.99 (Mon–Fri only). It includes 24/7 removal and same-day private cremation with return within 24 hours. It comes with a certificate, 2 wood urns and 1 metal urn, paw necklace pendant urn, pet name laser-engraved, paw print engraved on stone, 3D resin paw print, fur clipping, and 24-hour home delivery.
What is in the Simple Communal Cremation Package?
The Simple Communal Package is $199.99. It includes 24/7 removal and communal cremation. No ashes are returned.
What is in the Simple Plus Communal Cremation Package?
The Simple Plus Communal Package is $249.99. It includes 24/7 removal, communal cremation (no ashes returned), a certificate, and a 3D resin paw print.
Do you offer in-home euthanasia?
Yes. We offer the Platinum Euthanasia Package ($799.99) with communal cremation, and the Diamond Euthanasia Package ($999.99) with private cremation and keepsakes.
How long does it take to get ashes back?
Ashes are typically returned within 5–7 days from the time of pickup. Our 24-hour cremation package is designed for families who need ashes returned within 24 hours (Mon–Fri).
Are you a crematory?
We are not a crematory; we are a pet funeral service provider. We coordinate with trusted crematories and oversee the entire process, including tracking, to make sure your pet is handled with dignity.
Where is your office located for pickup?
Our main office is in Miami Lakes. Pickups are available from 9 AM – 3 PM by appointment.
What is the PTID?
The PTID is a unique, live tracking service included at no extra cost. It uses a QR code system to track your pet at every stage for peace of mind and to help ensure you receive your own pet's ashes back.
Do you offer same-day cremation?
Yes. Our 24-hour service package guarantees the return of all ashes within 24 hours from pickup (Mon–Fri), as long as the schedule and crematory capacity allow. We will confirm exact timing with you when you call.
Can I be present to observe my pet’s cremation?
Yes. We offer a package upgrade that allows you to be present for a witnessed private cremation. A private room is prepared for final goodbyes when available.
